A. EVENT VIDEO COVERAGE

1. Single Camera Production

For corporate events, reunion, conferences, seminars or any kind of corporate events only with ONE videographer.  Rates as follows :

a. Whole day (8 – 10 hours) - RM2,300/day

b. Half day (3-5 hours) - RM1,500/half day

Terms :

• Shot using interchangeable lens camera, such as Sony A7sii, Sony RX10mkii or Sony CineAlta 350
• Additional hour – RM100 per hour
• Additional videographer – RM500 applicable for both packages
• 20 - 30 minutes edited video
• Special edited video cut (with additional footage, motion graphics, sound effects, music etc) add RM500.
• 2 times amendment after 1st preview of edited video
• 1 FREE USB pendrive with mp4/mov/avi/mpeg video files
• Copies of DVDs are available (price is negotiable) 
• Rates applicable for Klang Valley only

 2. Multiple Camera Production

For corporate events, reunion, conferences, seminars or any kind of corporate events with 4 to 10 hours of event running order : 

a. 4 cameras : RM8,500/day

b. 3 cameras : RM7,500/day

a. High Definition camera plus accessories

b. BlackMagic switcher plus accessories

c. Monitor & SDI cables

d. Walkie talkie

e. Videographers, Switcher & Director
f. Wireless Audio Video Transmitter & Receiver

Terms :

• Price shown are not including projector & screen (add RM1,000/projector & screen)
• Delivery of video is basic and simple editing only.
• For creative editing skills, ie 1 -3 minutes montage, another rates apply.
• 1 FREE USB pendrive with mp4/mov/avi/mpeg video files
• Copies of DVDs are available (price is negotiable)
• Rates applicable for Klang Valley only

3. Live Streaming (only)

a. Whole day (8 – 10 hours) - RM1,500/day

b. Half day (3-5 hours) - RM1,000/half day

B. VIDEO PRESENTATION/MONTAGE/MARKETING VIDEO

• A video of products or services for promotion and marketing purposes or converting Power Point presentation to video.
• Video will includes voice over, animated text, music and sound effects. 
• Script will be prepared by the clients with our consultation.
• Duration of video between 2 - 5 minutes only.
• Discussions about the video content and budget allocated to produce this kind of video is a MUST.
• Price starts from RM3,500.

Terms :

• No shooting involved.
• Editing will be using only still photo and very less footages or client's footages.
• Creative editing skills with graphics, narration, music & sound effects from library.
• 1 FREE USB pendrive mp4/mov/avi/mpeg video files
• Copies of DVDs are available (price is negotiable)
• Rates applicable for Klang Valley only

C. CORPORATE VIDEO

• A 5 to 15 minutes of the company profile on video.
• Includingfact finding, script writing, shooting and the whole of video production processes.
• Creative editing skills with graphics, narration, music & sound effects from library or composed. 
• Discussions about the video content and budget allocated to produce this kind of video is a MUST.
• Price starts from RM7,500 depending on the video complexity, location shoot, number of shooting days, editing amendment, talents etc.

Terms :

• Maximum shooting day for this type of video production is 30+10 days, depending on budget approved.
• Full production & technical team.
• 1 FREE USB pendrive with mp4/mov/avi/mpeg video files
• Copies of DVDs are available (price is negotiable)

D. DOCUMENTARY

• A thorough video of issues, processes or anything at 45-minutes duration of video with broadcast standard quality.
• Price starts from RM25,000 depending on the subject matter, video complexity, location shoot, number of shooting days etc.

Terms :

• Includes fact finding, script writing, shooting and the whole process of video production.
• Creative editing skills with graphics, narration, music & sound effects from library
• 3 FREE USB pendrive with mp4/mov/avi/mpeg video files
• Copies of DVDs are available (price is negotiable)

NOTE :

1. All videography service will be using standard broadcast quality equipment, inclusive of wireless microphone and suitable lighting equipment.

2. All prices shown above are only applicable for Klang Valley only. NOT APPLICABLE for outstation and international.

3. Payment Terms :

a. Price above RM30,000 – 30% deposit upon confirmation, balance by progress.

b. Price below RM30,000 – 50% deposit upon confirmation, balance after final delivery.

4. All prices shown ARE NEGOTIABLE and please take advantage on our 70 years of experience in video production.
